Welcome to To Due. By downloading, installing, or using the To Due application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

To Due is a productivity application that allows you to create daily tasks, earn performance grades, and track your productivity over time. The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an account or login.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal productivity tool. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or access restrictions

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

To Due offers an optional paid subscription ("To Due Pro") that unlocks additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment: All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not handle any payment information directly.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance through the App Store, and changes will apply only at the next renewal.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the intellectual property of the To Due developers and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Data & Privacy

To Due stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of To Due shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
