To Due is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Account credentials or login information
• Task data, notes, or any content you create
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking data

All your tasks, grades, history, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We have no access to this data.

2. Subscription & Purchase Data

If you choose to subscribe to To Due Pro, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage subscription status.

RevenueCat may process:

• An anonymous app user ID (generated randomly, not linked to your identity)
• Purchase receipts and subscription status
• Device type and OS version (for compatibility)

We do not receive or store your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

3. Third-Party Services

To Due uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store — for app distribution and payment processing
• RevenueCat — for subscription management

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

4. Data Storage & Security

All app data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed. We do not offer cloud backup or sync features.

5. Children's Privacy

To Due does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since the app does not collect personal information from any user, it is safe for use by individuals of all ages.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
